Due to our individual studio setting, we do not have a receptionist to assist you
and only take customers by appointment only (sorry no walk-ins).  
Please do not drop by unless you have an appointment scheduled at that time.
We are usually with clients and no one will be able to assist you.  
 If you have questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us either by phone or email.

Appointment Etiquette & Cancellation Policy

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for any challenges you may encounter on your way to our studio.
Weekday parking can be a challenge so please give yourself plenty of time (this also gives you time to complete any new client paperwork or use the restroom prior to your scheduled start time.)  Beginning promptly at your scheduled appointment time keeps us on time for others arriving after you.  While we understand delays can occur, if you run late it will be necessary to change or modify your service to accommodate the remaining time of your scheduled appointment so that we don't run over into someone else's appointment time.  If you are more than 10 minutes late and your scheduled treatment is 30 minutes or less, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to another time. Regardless of the service given in the remaining time, you will be financially responsible for the "full" service scheduled. 
Children are welcome if they are receiving services.  Because our facility is small and private, we do not have anyone who can keep an eye on your children while you are in the treatment rooms.  For the safety of your children and the quiet enjoyment of others getting their services, we cannot have children left unattended in our lobby.
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment and avoid paying for the scheduled service.  Please remember when you make an appointment, no other clients are scheduled at that time.  Our livelihoods are based solely on the services we provide to clients.  Without proper notice, we will not have time to find someone else to fill your vacated space.
The full price of your scheduled service will be charged in the following instances:
  • No-Show or missed appointments. (Failure to show for a scheduled appointment) 
  • Appointments cancelled without the minimum 24-hour notice (1 business day)Please see our days/hours available up above.
  • Extremely late for an appointment (10 minutes or more - the time remaining does not comply with time needed to complete your service).
Failure to receive appointment reminders does not excuse missed appointment fees.

HAIR LAIR Customers getting color services, please come with clean hair (no products, residue, oils, etc)
While some stylists still believe it is ok to color over dirty hair, dirty hair can inhibit the color from taking well on the hair.  Remember, because the color lines used do not contain the typical harsh chemicals found in other traditional lines, they do not have the ability to work well through hair that hasn't been washed in days or has styling products and oils applied to it.
